RETURN POLICY:

The products we offer are completely personalized and prepared as per the demand of an individual. The policies are framed keeping this point that products are completely personalized.  

Shopatvegas does not accept returns, replacements, or refunds in the case where the customer needs a smaller or larger size, or the address was entered incorrectly (items are handmade on-demand and not stored in warehouses). (You can view the sizing chart on each of the products and look at all the detailed information on each product and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any further questions before ordering). However, under certain circumstances, shopatvegas has the authority to make exceptions to this policy. 

Although
shotatvegas do accept buyers' returns, we try to accommodate every customer with the highest possible care, so if there are any issues with the product whatsoever please contact us at support@shopatvegas.com and we will do our best to help resolve any issues.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Our goal is to offer the finest personalized products. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. 
Your order will be delivered within 7-15 business days of placing order. We do not charge any delivery charges for the delivery of our product that is absolutely free. Once shipped we will share a confirmation receipt with you.
 
Also, when you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the product you choose to customize.
